1Pe 4:7-11 (WEB) But the end of all things is at hand: be you therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. 8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover a multitude of sins. 9 Use hospitality one to another without grudging. 10 As every man has received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 11 If any man speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man ministers, let him do it as of the ability which God supplies: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion forever and ever. What: Be sober, fervent in spirit, love one another, and steward gifts for God’s glory.

Why: Sanctification equips service; justification makes us recipients of grace to steward; glorification will reward faithfulness.

Prayer: Father, help me serve with love and humility. Use my gifts for Your glory and for the building up of Your body. Amen.
